DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Our usual setup locations are within 30 miles of our base within Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, with mileage charged at 45p per mile.
For locations beyond this range, the mileage rate is 50p per mile. We only travel into London for corporate events, and delivery costs will be determined at the time of booking.
At the time of booking, we will confirm a specific time and date for the collection of items, which will remain your responsibility until then.
SETUP TIMES
We require a minimum of two weeks for all balloon bookings and a minimum of 1 week for dry hire of props.
Timings on the day depends on the size of the event. We can provide more specific information once we have a better understanding of your event. However, generally we require a minimum of an hour and 30 minutes for a regular display.
MINIMUM SPEND
Our minimum spend for our displays is £250. This amount excludes the delivery, installation, and collection charges.

PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. This reserves your stock and date of your event. For larger events, a higher deposit percentage may apply.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or payment link.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds.
However, we do offer the option to reschedule with a minimum of two weeks' notice. Deposits and payments can be transferred to a different date within the year, but they are non-refundable.
